GuardSense: the guard's phone becomes the tool

No baton needed

GuardSense installs on the phone's home screen like an app, straight from the browser. There is nothing to download from an app store, and guards log in with a link or a code, so there are no passwords to forget.

What a guard can do

• Scan points. QR stickers with the camera, NFC tags with a tap, or a GPS position by standing at the spot. Every clocking is time-stamped and credited to that guard.
• Go on and off duty, so the control room knows who is on site.
• Report an incident with photos. Other guards add updates, and every entry shows who wrote it and when.
• Tick off checklists. Gate locked, alarm set, lights off. The result is kept on record.
• Write to the occurrence book without paper.
• Press Panic. Hold the button for 4 seconds and the alarm reaches the control room with the guard's position.
• Use the torch without leaving the app.

What the supervisor gets

Everything a guard does in GuardSense appears live in the control room and in the same reports as baton clockings. Supervisors can use it too, for site visits and their own rounds.
