Live control room and eOB
See it live. Answer for it later. The electronic occurrence book records every event and what was done about it.
The live eOB
Alarms, patrol events and incidents arrive as they happen, with sound. The operator acknowledges each one with a note. There is a record of what was done, when, and by whom.
It runs on a wall screen in the control room or on a supervisor's phone.
Incidents the team builds together
A guard reports an incident from their phone, with photos. Other guards and the control room add updates. Every entry shows who wrote it and when, all the way to closing it.
Every site at a glance
The dashboard lists every site, with the ones that need attention first.
Unit health
Know when a baton, tracker or gate unit has gone quiet or is running flat, before your client notices.
Checklists and control
A live board shows the checklists guards are completing. From the control screen an operator can open a gate for a vehicle or send a unit a command.
Each person sees their own
Operators, supervisors and clients each see only the sites they are responsible for.
