Your guards already have Telegram. Let them run their shift from it, with every message kept on record.
Nothing to install, no login
A guard registers by scanning a QR code. That is the whole setup.
What a guard can do
- Go on and off duty, and see who else is on duty.
- Share their location.
- Message everyone on shift with text, photos or voice notes.
- Report an incident, and add to incidents the team has open.
Why not just a chat group?
A chat group is not a record. Here, every message and incident goes into the occurrence book with the guard's name and the time, where the control room sees it and it can be reported on later.
Works with GuardSense
Telegram and GuardSense write to the same occurrence book and duty status. A guard can use either, or both.
