Titanium crystal: the Suga Blu case
Suga Blu batons are cased in titanium crystal: clear, very strong, and thick enough to shrug off deliberate abuse.
Why the case matters
A patrol baton proves whether a guard did the work. Some guards would rather it stopped working. Batons get dropped, thrown, stood on and left in the rain.
What we did about it
Our online batons are made from titanium crystal, a clear material chosen for its strength. We make the enclosure at least 3 mm thick, where typical guard monitoring equipment is far thinner. The case is hermetically sealed and rated IP68.
The result is a cellular baton that survives the same treatment as our stainless steel ones.
