Send them automatically
Any report can be emailed as a PDF every day or every week, to as many people as you like. Many security companies send the detailed clocking report to their client each morning.
Running a report yourself is free on the mid tier. Automated reports are part of the full tier, with the server fee of R129.57 a month excl. VAT. Compare the tiers.
Each login sees what it should
Reports are behind permissions, so a client's login sees only their own sites and the reports their role allows.
