Staff, cleaning and facilities verification
Was it cleaned? Was it checked? Was the patient seen? Get an answer with a time and a name on it.
The problem
A sign-off sheet on the back of a door tells you that someone signed it. It does not tell you they were there.
How it works
Put an ID point at each place that must be visited: a bathroom, a fridge, a patient's bed, an animal pen. The staff member clocks the point when the task is done. You see which points were visited, when, and by whom, and which were missed.
With an online system, a point that is not clocked within its time window raises an alert.
What people verify with it
- Cleaning: bathrooms, sanitiser stations, common areas.
- Hospitality: fridge and freezer checks, food expiry, condiment refills.
- Healthcare: nurse rounds in ICU, night checks in retirement villages.
- Facilities: plant rooms, fire equipment, lifts, generators.
- Farms: animal pens, and counting loads per picker for pay.
- Supervision: a supervisor's key tag shows when they visited.
